1. Content involving children
A child's voice, name, image or personal story may only be uploaded or published if all the necessary rights and the appropriate guardian consent are available. The existence of these rights and consents is the responsibility of the uploading adult User.
2. Prohibited content
It is prohibited to upload or share content relating to the sexual exploitation, endangerment or harassment of children or to any other serious safety risk. Such content infringes the applicable Hungarian and EU law. The Operator examines such matters with priority and – where the law so requires – immediately informs the competent law enforcement or judicial authorities under Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (the DSA).
3. Reporting
In addition to the in-app reporting option, for urgent safety matters write to safety@mesegep.hu. The Operator reviews reports as soon as possible and handles matters affecting the safety of children with priority.
