Mesegép
Community Guidelines
Operator: Szabó András, 1165 Budapest, Zsélyi Aladár utca 27/2., Hungary. Safety contact: safety@mesegep.hu.
These guidelines apply to content published to the public catalogue of Mesegép, and form an integral part of the Terms of Use. Moderation takes place within the framework of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (the DSA) and Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services (the E-commerce Act).
1. Expected conduct
The public catalogue is made for stories intended for families. It is prohibited to publish harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, deceptive, spam-like content or content endangering others.
Content endangering, exploiting or sexualising children is strictly prohibited. Such content – where the law so requires – will be reported by the Operator to the competent authorities (see the Safety and Child Protection document and Article 18 of the DSA).
2. Reporting and blocking
Users can report public stories, playlists and publishers in the application, and can block publishers within their household. On the basis of a sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated notice under the E-commerce Act and Article 16 of the DSA, the Operator obtains knowledge of the contested content.
The Operator examines reports in a moderation queue, handling urgent safety and copyright matters with priority.
3. Moderation and information
Content may become visible immediately after publication, but the Operator may hide or remove it if it infringes these guidelines, the rights of third parties or the safety rules. Hidden content can become available again only after restoration by a moderator.
In accordance with Article 17 of the DSA, the Operator notifies the publisher concerned – where applicable – by a statement of reasons of the moderation action affecting their content and its grounds. The publisher may lodge a complaint against the decision at safety@mesegep.hu; the Operator will review the complaint fairly and without undue delay.
